Kindly be informed that the Visa Counter is to resume its usual operation starting on 27 September 2021 onwards and the details of operation are as follows:

Monday – Thursday (9.00 am – 3 pm)

1. Passport Submission & Collection
2. I-Kad & Insurance Card Collection
3. New Student Pass Application
4. Renewal of Student & Dependent Pass application
5. Special Pass application
6. Transfer Pass Endorsement application
7. Cancellation of Student Pass application

Friday (9.00 am – 12 pm)

1. Passport Submission & Collection
2. I-Kad & Insurance Card Collection
3. Submission of Additional Documents requested by EMGS & UM Visa office

Note: Strictly No submission of application on Friday

All students are required to abide by the SOPs set by the Malaysian Government and the Universiti Malaya when entering the Campus and University premises.
