Event Assistance


The Aggie Experience Council members are available to assist with University events. The following are some of the services we provide:

VIP tours
Small group tours
Departmental tours
Student panels
Event registration and check-in
Flyer and brochure distribution
Greeting guests
Mingling, socializing and sharing Aggie experiences and stories with guests

Please submit requests at least two weeks in advance, so that we can carefully plan for your event. If you have any questions or special requests, please email us at aec@tamu.edu.
