Join the HxLegal Scholarship Community for this discussion about teaching controversial cases - such as those decided by the Supreme Court in June (e.g., SFFA v. Harvard, 303 Creative v. Elenis, and Biden v. Nebraska) - in a politically polarized atmosphere.
We will open with a brief overview of these cases (and other 2023 Supreme Court cases participants wish to talk about) and we'll then trade thoughts and suggestions about teaching controversial cases.
