Nonprofit Nomination Form for Members
This form is to be completed by a 100WWC member nominating a nonprofit for funding consideration. Any member in good standing may nominate a potential recipient. Once eligibility is verified, the nonprofit will be added to our list of qualified charities eligible for presentation and funding consideration at a future meeting.

The Steering Committee will consider all nominations and contact the nominated organization to determine eligibility.

Upon acceptance the organization will be added to our potential recipients' pool. Nonprofits with multiple programs cannot be nominated for each program separately. In general, schools, booster clubs, or religious organizations (i.e. churches synagogues, mosques) are not eligible. However, exceptions for programs of these organizations will be considered by the Steering Committee on a case-by-case basis.

All organizations must:

1. Be recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
2. Have been in operation for at least three years as of the date of nomination.
3. Spend 100% of the funding from 100+ Women Who Care Placer County within Placer County.
