We're looking for friendly, responsible, pro-active team players who will help us put on another fun and smooth event. Our attendees have such a great time at Domefest because our volunteers and staff go the extra mile to keep everyone comfortable, happy and safe. Not only do our volunteers get the satisfaction of helping others, but they also enjoy the same amazing music with them all weekend long. We simply couldn't do it without our incredible team of selfless volunteers. Thank you in advance!
Domefest will take place on May 17-19, 2018 at Fort Royale Farm in Bedford, PA (same location as last year). Please make sure that you're available on these dates before filling out this form, and save the date upon completion. Our volunteers should expect to serve three 4-hr shifts (1 per day) or one 8-hr shift (usually overnight, i.e. 12-8am) in exchange for a free ticket to the festival. Volunteers must be sober and smiling for their shifts (ZERO tolerance; if this is a problem, please do not fill out this form and enjoy the festival as one of our awesome attendees).
Those accepted will be contacted via email with an official offer including deposit information. A deposit is required from ALL volunteers (equivalent to the ticket price at the time of your deposit; sent via PayPal). Your volunteer spot is reserved once we've confirmed receipt of your deposit. Your full deposit will be returned after the festival once we've confirmed that you were on time and on point for all of your shifts and represented Domefest well throughout the weekend. NOTE: We're considering distributing official volunteer shirts this year. If so, we'll retain $10 of your deposit to cover costs.
