Vision of United Wesley
United Wesley of Miami, based at Florida International University and the University of Miami, is a vibrant campus ministry dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive Christian community. Through worship, small groups, service projects, and engaging activities, we aim to enrich students’ spiritual lives and cultivate strong discipleship.
Our core values—deepening love for one another, fostering genuine community, and promoting intentional discipleship—drive our vision to transform university campuses into spaces where students from all backgrounds can grow spiritually, build meaningful connections, and discover their purpose.
We are committed to empowering students to authentically live out their faith in both academic and personal aspects of life. By taking a holistic approach to ministry, we support and guide students on their faith journey alongside their educational pursuits.
Responsibilities
United Wesley thrives because of students like you. We encourage all students to actively connect with and contribute to both the United Wesley and campus communities. Leadership Team members play a vital role in shaping this sacred community by taking ownership of events, activities, and initiatives.
Accountability is key—we are committed to working together and supporting one another. Together, we aim to create a space where all students can grow, serve, and lead.
You will be expected to:
- Attend worship services.
- Participate in a small group.
- Help lead outreach events on campus.
- Engage in other activities as needed!
