Equality and Diversity Monitoring Form
The UK Youth Climate Coalition is committed to anti-oppression and anti-discrimination in all its forms. We work really hard to challenge ourselves and each other on issues of privilege and oppression.

We ask you to fill in an Equal Opportunities form for monitoring purposes only, so that we can compare diversity with previous years’ recruitment and create a learning space for growing understanding of the diversity of the human experience.

This information is separate from your application form and will not be part of recruitment. The information you provide is strictly confidential, and we will never pass this information on to another party outside of the UKYCC recruitment/monitoring process.

This information helps us to create and develop safe space for everyone in UKYCC to participate in.
