About The Studio Christmas Market
The Studio's first ever Christmas Market will feature hand crafted goods, artwork from local Artists and Entrepreneurs as well as other vendors. No entry fee for visitors. Must show proof of vaccination before entering. All vendors will be provided 8'x8' space. We ask all visitors and vendors remove outdoor shoes and place on racks provided. No outdoor shoes are permitted in the studio rooms.

A chair will be provided for all booths. Vendor will supply own rectangular table no larger than 6’. *

I understand that I will be notified of acceptance to the show by email. Upon approval, I have 48 hours to send my fee in order to reserve my booth. Payment details will be provided in the approval email. ***DO NOT SEND FEE WITH APPLICATION*** * *
I understand that I will receive setup instructions (sent to the email provided above) at least 5 days prior to the event. I agree to adhere to the setup/tear down timelines therein. *
I agree to help The Studio promote this event by posting on my social media platforms (please check all that apply), using the graphics provided in the acceptance email. *
The Studio is following all government and Public Health guidelines regarding Covid-19. Vendors agree to adhere to current health protocols, including any new or updated recommendations that may be in place at the time of the event. For example: verifying you are symptom free, submitting our health screening day of event, following social distancing, wearing a mask, and proof of vaccination to enter the building. *
I acknowledge and confirm the following: 1. I am responsible for the setup and take down of my booth. 2. Venue and Organizers are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods. 3. Organizers may use any images/logos provided to promote this event. 4. Payment is non-refundable. 5. The organizers have the right to reschedule the event due to any unavoidable circumstances such as but not limited to weather, lockdown and apply my payment to a future event. *
