MOGSC SURVEY - DECOMMISSIONING
MOGSC established the Decommissioning Working Group in 2012, however it became evident that the demand for the services would be in 2017 and beyond. In 2016 we have seen Market Surveys and ITBs for the decommissioning work by PCPP, Vestigo and Shell, and we anticipate the work will increase in the coming years.

Malaysia has over 300 fixed installations offshore, with over 150 of the platforms over 20 years old.

MOGSC wants to facilitate improving the communication between PETRONAS MPM, Oil Companies, Technology Providers and MOGSC members in order to achieve alignment among the key players in this area of work.

Kindly respond to this survey to be included in future MOGSC decommissioning working group meetings and discussions.

Thank you for your interest.
