Fundraising Planned for the Year
ALL fund raising activities must have a FUNDRAISER ANALYSIS FORM and must be cleared through ASB. It is necessary to complete a master calendar request form for approval of your fund raising activities. All funds must go through the ASB Finance Office. It is the advisor's responsibility to make sure the fundraiser follows new school food regulations. In addition, it is the advisor's responsibility to fill out any necessary Finance Forms prior to submitting the fundraiser form.

If your student club/organization is religious in nature, your club must comply with conditions as outlined in the California State Constitution and Grossmont Union High School District Policty BP 6145.5 and Regulations AR 6145.5. Your advisor and/or other staff members cannot promote, lead, or participate in discussion of decisions at your club meetings. All clubs and organizations will have equal access, under the same rules, to club opportunities such as specified bulletin boards, the PA system, the organization selection of the school yearbook. The Governing Board is committed to equal opportunity for all individuals in education. District programs and activities shall be free from discrimination based on sex, race, color, religion, national origin, ethnic group, marital or parental status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or any other unlawful consideration, whether actual or perceived.
