Villa Kunterbunt Cat Adoption Questionnaire

THANK YOU for your interest in adopting a rescue cat/kitten from Villa Kunterbunt.

The following information is required so that we can assist you in the selection of your new cat/kitten. This form and a consultation with a VKB team member are necessary to help us determine if the adoption is in the animal’s best interest and to assist you in finding the cat/kitten most compatible with your lifestyle.

We encourage you to answer each question carefully and truthfully.  

ADOPTION FEES:

They vary in price depending on the species, age, size, and breed of cat/kitten. Adoption fees are scaled based on the medical costs already invested in each animal and will go back to VKB to help future animals in need. 

Adult (older than 12 months) Domestic Shorthair cats HKD 1.5k

Domestic Shorthair kittens (12 months or younger) HKD 1.8k

Pedigree cats + kittens HKD 2.5k

Our adoption fees Include:

  1. A wellness check from one of our vets,
  2. A cat/kitten that is dewormed,
  3. All shots appropriate to age,
  4. Flea and Tick Treatments,
  5. A clean and groomed cat/kitten,
  6. Spay or neutered  (If your cat cannot be desexed due to age, and you wish to adopt a kitten that is too young for the operation, it will be your responsibility to proceed with the operation and bare the costs)
  7. Bag of essentials! Bags usually include food, treats, chews, tag and other goodies. The contents vary.

TO CONSIDER BEFORE CONTINUING:

1. We require adopters to be 25 years of age or older.

2. We will only contact you if your application aligns well with a specific cat/kitten lifestyle, physical and medical needs. As a volunteer run association, we are unable to contact all applicants.

3. A binding contract will be required to adopt the cat/kitten. In the very worst-case scenario that you are no longer able to keep your pet, do not sell, re-home or otherwise abandon. Contact Villa Kunterbunt and we will do our best to help.
