Movement Syncs: Deepening Our Work to End Family Policing

Are you or your organization fighting for families and want to sync up with our larger movement ecosystem?

Join us for a collaborative space for family policing abolitionists to strategize and support our collective work toward freedom.

As abolitionists, our work is not only about dismantling harmful systems but also about building something new that truly keeps children and families safe.

Our work is often done in silos or with very little visibility and we rarely have spaces to build strategic alignment. The movement syncs provide a regular opportunity for us to share what we are working on, make requests for support/collaboration, and strategize/problem solve to navigate emerging threats to our movement. These calls will deepen our understanding of critical gaps and new areas of work that are ripe for exploration, amplify the work that is currently taking place, strengthen our messaging and political analysis, and build resources that our community needs now.

Each virtual gathering (Zoom) will be 90-minutes and held monthly on the fourth Tuesday from 4-5:30pm ET/1-2:30pm PT.
