Pike/Wayne Farm and Food Guide: Entry Form
Consumers want a central location to find the area's farmers, farm stands, CSAs, markets and other local food providers. How do we know? They ask for it on social media, and they call us to find you! You all work so hard growing and preparing delicious food that we want to help people find your amazing products!
The Agriculture Task Force of Wayne Tomorrow, a partnership of local agricultural organizations, non-profits and volunteers, is currently working with a consultant to create an "umbrella" brand for the region’s agricultural and food producers. A map directory was created in 2020 to help consumers find what they needed when the national and global food systems shuttered. This map directory is on two websites and shared by partners on several social media accounts.
About your listing:
+ Include only the information you would like to make public.
+ Businesses must check the agreement box at the end of the form for entry.
+ This is a voluntary listing and you can ask to be removed at any time.
+ You will be asked to annually review your listing.
+ Market managers: Please include your market information, and list the primary products that are local by category, i.e. fruits, veggies, meat, dairy, preserves, etc. Individual farms and food businesses should enter their information on their own. Market entries include all of the participating vendors and will be updated at the start of each market season.
Entry fee: $0
The Agriculture Task Force is working on funding to support the map directory project, and branding initiative.
In future years, there may be an annual fee to continue to be listed. The fee will not exceed $20 and you will not be held to any future commitments at this time. There are no set dates for that to take effect, and no fee to enter.
Note: Start up funding for the map project has been provided by the Pike County Conservation District.
We are happy to answer any questions and suggestions for the current, and future project.
