I confirm, to the best of my knowledge, all the details I am about to give  are correct. I understand the Woodbine Stables terms and conditions and acknowledge that riding involves risks, including the possibility of falling and getting injured on or around the horses. Riding horses is a dangerous activity. I accept that risk and agree that the school will not be liable for any any injury to myself or damage to property unless it is caused by negligence. Where I am signing on behalf of a minor. I have explained to the riders the terms and conditions  to my child and we both accept the risk and agree that riding school will not be liable for any injury or damage to property unless is caused by negligence.
