Dear Mending Minyan Community, 

Before we send out the High Holiday registration form, we ask you to please take a few moments to answer these questions. After you complete this form we will send you the Registration form which contains all the logistics and information about our High Holiday services.  Thank you for taking the time to go through this extra step; we decided it was prudent to add a layer of safety to this year's services to protect the security and privacy of our community gathering together on these holy days. We will also be checking registration at the door of our in person events and maintaining a Zoom waiting room to admit people from. . If you have any questions about this decision, please contact Rabbi May or any member of the Ritual or Admin team. Thank you for taking the time to keep our community safe!
