How to Book a Rental at The Dance SpotFollow these simple steps to book your rental at The Dance Spot:
Step 1: Book a Rental OrientationStep 2: Attend the Studio TourStep 3: Book Your RentalsAccess the Booking Portal: After the orientation, you will have access to our 24/7 rental booking portal.
Book at Your Convenience: Log in to the portal anytime to book your rentals at your convenience.
Rental Availability and bookingOffice Hours: Our office hours are generally M-Th 3:30-7pm, but may vary based on studio closures or other events. We suggest requesting a rental orientation with us at least 7 days prioir to your desired start date.
Short Notice Rentals: Due to our office schedule, we are rarely able to accommodate rental requests with less than 72 hours notice. We recommend planning your rental needs in advance to ensure availability. You can email info@dancespotx.com to check availability, and we will let you know if it is available. You will be required to either attend an orientation (if available- M/W 2-3:00pm) or add on a staff member to be onsite for your rental (Starting at $25 per hour, but based on availability) if we already do not have a staff member scheduled.
Availability: TDS does not have regular availability during "Prime Time" hours (M-TH 4:00-8:30pm). Should you wish to book space during this time, we will ask you to fill out the primetime rental waitlist form below. We will walk you through what this means when you attend orientation. TDS does not guarentee rental availalability.
Quick Reference Facility Use GuidelinesOur goal is to have mutually beneficial relationships with our renters. We desire that those we rent the space to not only align with our program schedule, but also our business values of kindness, inclusivity, and Teamwork.
Child-Friendly Environment: As a child-friendly facility, all material and music must be appropriate for young audiences. Patrons of your rental must be in the studios with you.
Music: Music is played via AUX cord. Renters are required to bring an adapter for aux cord if needed, a device to play music on (phone, laptop, ect), ect. Please be considerate of your neighbors with regard to music volume. All music content must be free of explicit lyrics and suggestive content.
Building Security: You are responsible for ensuring the building is secure when you leave.
Treat the Space Well: Please treat the space as your own, maintaining cleanliness and order. Leave as you found it, or better!
