AMJ Scheduling and Prequalification Questionnaire: 
  •   Thank you for your interest in our property. To ensure your time is well-spent, please complete this brief questionnaire to determine if you meet our basic rental criteria prior to confirmation of tour scheduling. This form is not an application and does not incur any fees. You will need to complete this within 10 minutes of your appointment time to secure an appointment to tour. 
  •   You must have a household income of x3 the rental amount per month. You will automatically be disqualified if you have any evictions, landlord claims or civil judgments. We do run a full credit and background check on every person who lives on the property and require your credit score to be 600 or higher.   AMJ Residential Availability
