Please complete this form if you wish to enter a Calf Lamb or Kid Goat into the Waikato King Country Boys and Girls Agricultural Calf Club Section at the Waikato A&P Show.

Lambs and Goat Section will be held on 28th October 2020 (10am Start)
Calf Section will be held on the 29th October 2020 (10am Start)

The Waikato King Country Boys and Girls Agricultural Calf Club Section of the 2020 show are committed to providing the calf club section in a safe environment.
However in order for things to run smoothly and in a timely manner we need your support.


Anyone entering must contact trace themselves in using the government Covid-19 App. Contact information will also be used from entry forms to keep a list and details for contact tracing if required.

Everyone is responsible for applying hand sanitizer before entering the designated competition area. Sanitizer will be provided at entry points.
Please ensure all gear is kept with you at all times in your designated area. Please only use Toilets assigned for your designated area. Wash your hands regularly and sneeze into your elbow.

If you or a member of your household are unwell you should stay home. You should not attend the show or leave home if you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19, awaiting a test result or required to self isolate.

Please ensure that you remain in your bubble and maintain 2m distancing when entering exiting and moving towards your designated areas. Please remain in your designated area until called into the show ring.

Children and animals will stay in their defined area for the day.

Entries MUST be received before 5pm Friday 23rd October 2020.
Entries will not be accepted on the day and all entries must be received online before Show day.

“Thank you to all the competitors who have registered for Waikato Ag Club 2020!

Participation in Waikato Ag Club 2020 has the following process:

Please register your interest on entry form below
- You should list support people – via entry form or direct contact with the Show Team – opsmanager@showingwaikato.co.nz
- Lambs and Goats – Wednesday 28th Oct
- Calves – Thursday 29th Oct
- Enter through Gate 3 at Claudelands
- Volunteers will be checking participants/supporters from the register and issuing a wrist band at the gate
- Any names not registered will be moved aside until contact tracing can be completed – please note this will cause delays; register early!
- Parking will be clearly indicated within grounds
- Calves will need to meet NAIT regulations and should be prepared for sanitisation stations before entering the rings
- Compete and celebrate!

There is no catering on site – BYO lunch and supplies.

If your child has prepared an animal (lamb, goat or calf) we have a place for them to participate and compete – minimal barriers to participation is our goal.”
