2025 Event PayPal Authorization Request
The PayPal deputies need the approval of the Event Steward, Branch Seneschal, and Branch Exchequer, before we list an event for  pre-registration.  

The PayPal Deputies will build your Pre-registration form from the information you give us in this form. You will be given a chance to approve that form before the event goes live for registration. Please look over the Form and verify the information is correct!

For "Sale Items,"  please fill in as many of those sections as you need. You set the price and title. You can include items with no charge. You can tell us how many you want to make available. You can include up to 6 items on this form. Please remember to include any youth fees or age ranges.

Registration closes the 2nd Wednesday before the event.
