PTA Virtual Election Registration 2020-2021
Please complete the registration form below for our PTA 2020-2021 Virtual Election, which will take place on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at 7:00 pm. It is very important to check the information you've provided before submitting the form. Information from this registration form will be cross-checked by the guardian information and respective student profile on our school databases and NYC Schools Account. We strongly encourage all parents to create NYCSA Account for the verification processes.

Following your submission of this form, eligible parents/guardians will be given an eligibility code in order to exercise their right to vote, just as an in-person election where voter eligibility is determined.​ This unique eligibility code will be emailed back to you using the email provided on this registration form once eligibility has been determined. Please provide up to a week to complete the verification process. The eligibility code will allow you to vote and participate in the election process on the virtual platform. Prior to entering the video call on the virtual platform, you will be asked to rename yourself as the unique Eligibility Code that you have been assigned to ensure anonymous voting. Further instructions for how to join the election meeting using the eligibility code will be provided. The Zoom link for the Election will be emailed out to all registered and eligible parents/guardians a day prior to our scheduled event.
