Product Quality
All products must meet consistently high quality standards. This includes being fresh, ripe, and of Grade A quality unless otherwise specified.
Non–Grade A items must be clearly labeled and accurately described.
Products must be clean, free from field debris, and uncontaminated.
HF2C reserves the right to refuse any products that are:
-Unlabeled
-Rotten, bruised, broken, or wilting
-Unsealed, off-smelling, slimy, or moldy
-Excessively dirty, diseased, or suspected of contamination
-Due to the risk of rat lungworm disease, we reserve the right to discarded any lettuce, greens etc. that contain slugs or snails upon inspection. Discarded produce will not be paid for.
Plants and nursery items must be pest- and disease-free, including free of invasive species such as fire ants.
