This form is for ALD & PES Honor Society members who are graduating in Spring 2019. In order to purchase graduation cords, you have to have at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA by the end of your Fall 2018 semester and an average of 3 points per semester for every semester you've been a member of the honor society (not including your induction semester). For example, if you were inducted in Spring 2016 and are graduating this May, you need at least 18 total points.

As our honor society belongs to two national honor societies (Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Eta Sigma), you have the option to purchase two different cords.You can choose to buy either one ($10/cord) or both ($20).

As we need to check your GPA and points level, we will contact you to tell you if you have earned cords or not. We will reach out to you by the first week of May. Cords can be picked up during our Study Day event held from 11am-4pm on Reading Day (Wednesday, May 15) in the Grand Ballroom of the Stamp Student Union.
