This survey is part of a broader market research on freight management, performed by CHAMP Cargosystems.

With this survey we would like to learn more about your thoughts and experience with freight management systems in the freight forwarding industry. This survey will be used to give an insight into the complicated web of offered solutions which are congesting the air cargo industry.
The survey contains two sets of questions. The first set consists of general questions about your company profile. The second set focusses on your current freight forwarding system regarding functionality and connectivity.
