Professional Development Opportunity in August at Rockford Park District
You are invited to participate in a professional development opportunity coordinated by Environmental Education Association of Illinois and the National Association of Interpretation. This event will occur in two locations. First meet at the Rockford Park District's Atwood Center where they have been providing Environmental Education and Outreach Education for over 60 years. After lunch we will move to the Nicholas Conservatory & Gardens where we'll tour the sculpture garden and hear about the programming conducted there.

Come learn about how these organizations reach out to teachers, retain teachers, and market successful programs.

Where: Rockford Park District's Atwood Center (morning and lunch location)
Nicholas Conservatory and Sculpture Garden (afternoon location) Please dress for outdoor touring.

When: August 28 from 10:00am-2:00pm

LUNCH: Will be provided at the Rockford Park District's Atwood Center (Please bring your own food if you have a special diet.)
