Registration for the 2024 MAER Annual Conference is in two parts. Please complete the following form (Part A) to provide us important details about your participation. Part B is in regard to payment of any conference fees if applicable.
This year's conference rates* are as follows:
- Current AER Member Rate: $150 (Early Bird), $165 (Regular) This only applies to Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired members from any regional chapter.
- Non-AER Member - $175 (Early Bird) $190 (Regular)
*Special rates are available for the following groups:
Staff at the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services, CATT-sponsored professionals, individuals or veterans with a visual impairment, students in the study of visual impairment, family members of someone who has a visual impairment, presenters/panelists for this Conference, exhibitors for this Conference
Participants who choose to provide payment using a credit card will be directed to Square to complete payment.
