You can fulfill your commitment monthly, quarterly, or in a single annual payment—whatever works best for you.

I understand I am making a commitment to United Madison Christian Givers of an annual donation of over $200 each calendar year, as indicated above and this commitment will automatically renew unless I email my request to stop my membership to edi.sheard@unitedmadison.com. 

I understand that even if I did not vote for the charity chosen by the majority vote, I will fulfill my donation commitment. I also understand that if I am not able to attend the grant award events, I will provide payment via electronic means or by writing a check to United Madison Christian Givers Inc.
