The event will be open to visitors from 10.00 to 16.00. An estimated 500 visitors will attend. They look forward to experiencing the wonderful and diverse world of babywearing, meeting the brands and makers, browsing the products to maybe bring home something special.
We want to give the visitors the opportunity to shop, feel, see, talk as well as learn. A great, beautiful hall will host the sales and exhibition booths, and interesting lectures will take place in separate rooms during the event. The festival celebrates and shows all kinds of carriers and babywearing accessories from a broad variety of brands and makers. We would love to see you represented.

Practical information:
The café, Østerbro Madhus, is located at the venue and will be open all day. They serve a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. Food and beverages cannot be brought into the big hall (water bottles are accepted), but can be purchased and enjoyed in the area with chairs and tables just outside the hall.
Also, we are planning a lottery among the ticket holders (if you wish to donate a prize, please let us know).

All prices are including tables. The stands are available as first come first serve. Your spot at the festival is fully booked once we have received your payment (a PayPal invoice will be sent to you after you sign up for a spot). A floor plan will be placed at the entrance, as well as forwarded to you as soon as it is completely ready. Your participation will be promoted on our social media pages. In order to ensure you the size of stand that you wish for, please contact us soon.

Further about the organizers:
We are Anne Julie, Amalie, Eva, Majken & Maria. We are volunteering our time and receive nothing of the profit from the festival. That also means that surplus is not our goal. If any profit remains, it will go towards two things: Supporting non-political, non- religious community activities working to spread awareness of carrying children; and a charity organisation called ‘Mødrehjælpen’, a non-political and non-religious social humanitarian organisation. They advise and support pregnant women as well as families in difficult situations.

Terms of cancellation:
In case you need to cancel your participation, 100% of your payment will be refunded if you cancel no later than 30 days prior to the event. If you cancel up to 14 days before the event, 50% of your payment will be refunded. If you cancel less than 2 weeks in advance there will be no refunds.
In case of cancellation of Dansk Bærefestival 2020 the entire payment will be refunded.
All refunds exclude any fees paid to eg. PayPal.
