RHBH Ministry Teams

Thank you so much for being part of this exciting season of ministry at Rolling Hills Belmont Heights. God is all over this. His presence is so clear and we can see Him moving in exciting ways. Part of the call of every believer is to use their gifts in a way that strengthens and grows the church body. We serve in areas of our greatest gifts and passions and also in the areas of our church's and community's greatest needs. This form is your interest form to begin serving as part of a Sunday morning ministry team at Rolling Hills Belmont Heights. May God bless you and grow you as you seek to serve. Areas of Service

Please select any and all areas of interest. Several teams will allow persons to serve in more than one capacity based on time requirements.

GREETING / HOSPITALITY: 1st Time Guests, Regular Attenders, and Coffee Drinkers need friendly faces and updated information on Sundays. This team includes hosts as well as tour guides to help peopel naviagte the halls of BH and find what they need and where to go.

PARKING: Serve on Sundays out front on Belmont Blvd or in the rear near the kids entrances. Greeting. Directing Guests. Using Umbrellas on Rainy Days.

SECURITY: Teams will rotate between the 9:30 & 10:30 hours of ministry to keep all areas of the building safe and secure.

WORSHIP ARTS: This team includes music [band & vocals] plus production [sound, lights, media, & more]

SET UP / TEAR DOWN: One team will arrive at 8:30 for set up duties. Another will remain until 12:30 for tear down.

COLLEGE: Largely after church and other times throughout the week, volunteers in this area will work to meet and minister to students where they're at plus serve as connectors with students on Sunday mornings.

ELEMENTARY: 9:30am Kids ministry [K-5] need consistent teachers leading small groups, large groups, and building relationships with kids & parents to engage in the gospel.

PRESCHOOL: 9:30am Preschool Ministry Includes both nursery and preschool environments for birth through 5 year olds on Sundays. Games. Snacks. Stories. Songs. Lots of love as we build trust and share Jesus.

10:30 KIDS MINISTRY HOUR: Rotating teams who will serve once every 6-8 weeks until we reach two service hours, leading in ministry for all kids rooms [nursery through young elementary]

OUTREACH: Belmont Heights has incredible road visibility. Runners. Dog Walkers. Drivers. Everyone can be engaged with a friendly face, small gift, and invite to church.
