Scheduling 
We're asking an in-principle commitment to the full cycle of the program, based on the fact that the journey is iterative and sessions build upon each other. We fully understand that “life and the unforeseen” happen, so the minimum attendance requirement is 75%, with undertaking to catch up on missed sessions. 

We can provide school excuse notes if the timing overlaps with students' school schedules, and we ask you to let us know if you foresee any scheduling conflicts. 

The schedule is as follows:
August 21st, 4-5:30 ET | Adult Leader Orientation - Only the adults from the team need to come to this.
August 24th, 7:30-9 PM ET | Academy gathering one 
September 7th, 7:30-9 PM ET | Academy gathering two 
September 14-18 | Coach and Team meeting one, time is decided with team
September 21st, 7:30-9 PM ET | Academy gathering three September 25-29 | Coach and Team meeting two, time is decided with team
October 5th, 7:30-9 PM ET | Academy gathering four 
October 9-13 | Coach and Team meeting three, time is decided with team
October 19th | Academy gathering five
