This form will ask you for details of your club's: Chair/President, Secretary, Match Secretary, Treasurer and Captains. If your club does not have a particular committee position, simply skip the section. Some clubs name their Committee positions slightly differently - please use your judgement to appropriately align these with the names used here.

Information collected in this form will be stored securely and shared with the South Cambridgeshire Badminton League Committee for the purposes of managing the league, following GDPR.
