 I have completed Automotive Internet Management’s course Sales Manager Process Training and have been trained on:

·         AIM’s 10-in-5 Un-contacted Process – for new Internet leads only, the steps and timing to make contact with the client (minimum of 10 phone calls and 5 emails in the first five days of receiving the lead).

·         Failed Manager Live Turn Process – must have a note from the salesperson stating what happened on the phone with the prospect, and state which manager took the MLT. If no manager was available, the salesperson must note why in the CRM.

·         Keeping Sales Staffs’ workplans or organizers current – Making sure all tasks are completed on a timely basis, and none rollover to the next day.

 

I have further been instructed on my role in managing my staff, to actively keep in contact with those leads under the following criteria:

·         Un-contacted – Leads in this status have received two phone calls and one email every day for the first 5 days. THIS STATUS IS FOR INTERNET LEADS ONLY. No phone or walk-in Customers should ever be in this status.

 

·         Appointment Activity – Appointments from previous day are inspected to verify resulted to “Show” or “No Show”. Appointments must not be in Appointment Set status/ranking after due date has passed.

Lead will also fail if confirmation call was not made on a no-show.

 

·         Failed Manager  Live Turn – Only Internet and/or Phone Leads in Failed MLT will be inspected on the initial two-way communication between the salesperson and customer; these leads must not be in this status longer than 3 hours. Internet or Phone Leads in Failed MLT must have a note from the salesperson explaining why the attempted Manager Live Turn failed.  If no manager was available, the salesperson must offer the customer a call back.

 

·         Manager Approved Future – All leads in this status must have had MLT activity (lead does not need to pass through Failed MLT) and must have a note from the salesperson as to which manager they communicated with regarding that lead, what the manager’s directions were, and a future task scheduled.


·         Manager Approved No Deal – Leads in this status must be placed there by a manager. They must have notes from a manager of his communication with the client, and why there is no deal. It is your responsibility to ensure these comments are placed in this lead.

I understand I have received the instruction necessary to successfully perform the manager

process role in AIM’s process.

I understand my role is to ensure that 10 outbound phone calls and 5 emails in the first 5 days

are made in effort to make contact with all new Internet client leads.

I understand I am to inspect the “Un-contacted” status to ensure that the 10-and-5 process is

being executed on all leads.

I understand that I am to inspect “Manager Approved Future” status to ensure that I or

another manager was involved in the decision of the next action that should be scheduled in

these leads.

I understand that I am to inspect “Appointment Set” status to ensure that a specific time has

been set and a confirmation call has been scheduled.

I understand that I am to inspect “Manager Approved No Deal” to ensure that no leads are

put in this status without my or another manager’s approval.

I understand I must be available to take a live turn from any sales person who is unsuccessful

in setting an appointment during a call, and all leads in “MLT” status should have notes of the

lead being turned to me or another manager.

I understand that it is my job to inspect and ensure that the proper notes are entered on every

lead for every salesperson I manage.

I understand that AIM personnel are available to assist me with any questions or any issues.

I understand I must comply with my dealerships/AIM’s process, or I may be subject to

disciplinary action up to and including loss of all bonuses and termination by my employer.

Sales Managers are responsible for getting entire sales staff signed off on AIM’s process within

30 days of signing this acknowledgement.
