I understand I have received the instruction necessary to successfully perform the manager
process role in AIM’s process.
I understand my role is to ensure that 10 outbound phone calls and 5 emails in the first 5 days
are made in effort to make contact with all new Internet client leads.
I understand I am to inspect the “Un-contacted” status to ensure that the 10-and-5 process is
being executed on all leads.
I understand that I am to inspect “Manager Approved Future” status to ensure that I or
another manager was involved in the decision of the next action that should be scheduled in
these leads.
I understand that I am to inspect “Appointment Set” status to ensure that a specific time has
been set and a confirmation call has been scheduled.
I understand that I am to inspect “Manager Approved No Deal” to ensure that no leads are
put in this status without my or another manager’s approval.
I understand I must be available to take a live turn from any sales person who is unsuccessful
in setting an appointment during a call, and all leads in “MLT” status should have notes of the
lead being turned to me or another manager.
I understand that it is my job to inspect and ensure that the proper notes are entered on every
lead for every salesperson I manage.
I understand that AIM personnel are available to assist me with any questions or any issues.
I understand I must comply with my dealerships/AIM’s process, or I may be subject to
disciplinary action up to and including loss of all bonuses and termination by my employer.
Sales Managers are responsible for getting entire sales staff signed off on AIM’s process within
30 days of signing this acknowledgement.
