Order a half hog custom package, raised on dirt at our family farm. With your order you will receive ground sausage (1 lb. packs), boneless chops, steaks, shoulder roast, tenderloin, baby back ribs, spare ribs, bacon, bacon ends, neck bones, jowl, ham hocks, a half ham and ham steaks. Jowl, bacon and ham will be smoked. All cuts are vacuum packed, labeled, and frozen. A half of a hog (to include meat, processing, and smoking) will cost approximately $210 to $315, depending on live weigh of the hog at the time of butcher.
We accept debit, credit and cash as payment. Payment is due at the time of pickup.
