Employer Interest Form: Work-Based Learning
Work-based learning is one of many tools employers can use to:
- create talent pipelines,
- provide leadership opportunities for existing employees,
- spark interest in your industry and
-support job seekers in establishing a work history, gaining basic skills and occupation-specific training.

Colorado's public workforce system has several programs and funding to support employer investments in work-based learning opportunities, which can range from job shadowing to apprenticeships.

If you are interested in learning more about work-based learning, please complete this form and a program expert will reach out and help design a program that serves your businesses unique situation and needs.
