Now is more important than ever for us to have our voices heard by our NC legislators. We are working to advocate for funding to increase recruitment and retention incentives for school psychologists in NC. We need your help in talking to your legislators!

Legislative Day kicks off with a legislative breakfast (7:15-8:30) in the Legislative Cafeteria at the General Assembly building. We will then have various meetings with legislators followed by lunch in the General Assembly cafeteria. 

We encourage you to contact your legislators to set up in-person meetings for April 8th. We recommend these meetings take place sometime after 9am. Not sure who your NC Representative or NC Senator are? Need their contact information?  All this can be found here: https://www.ncleg.gov/FindYourLegislators. You can use this sample letter  as a starting point, but please customize as needed.
