Thank you for your interest in volunteering as a group with Boston Area Gleaners! Please complete this application to begin planning your group volunteering trip.
Please read these important notes before completing the application:
- Dates for group volunteering will be treated on a first come, first serve basis. The Gleaners host group trips at Stonefield Farm in Acton during the week throughout the harvest season (June through November). We cannot accommodate group trips on the weekends.
- Confirm your group size in the sections below. We will try our best to accommodate your group based on our staffing capacity.
- Completion of this form does not guarantee your requested group trip date. We will be in touch to confirm a date and provide additional scheduling and signup details. A date will be considered confirmed once the scheduling fee has been received (see next bullet point).
- We require a $750 scheduling fee for corporate groups, and a $250 scheduling fee (on a sliding scale based on the group's ability to pay) for community groups. These fees are nonrefundable and help to cover the operational and logistical costs of hosting groups. Please leave a note in the dedicated short answer section if this scheduling fee presents a barrier for your group. We want everyone to have access to a volunteer experience with us, so we will approach this on a case-by-case basis.
