- You are a Hackney resident WITH
- a ‘summer-born’ child (born between 1 April and 31 August 2020) WHO HAVE
- Hackney community schools amongst their preferences for Reception 2024

You must complete this form before 15 January 2024 to receive a decision before National Offer Day (16 April 2024)

When you have completed the form you will be sent an email confirmation with information about the next steps and providing further documentary evidence.
