Interest Form - Awa by Beloved Equity Tool Suite Certification
Are you an equity & inclusion expert interested in learning how you can leverage Awa by Beloved with your own clients? The Awa by Beloved Equity Tool Suite Certification program will teach you everything you need to know about utilizing the Awa by Beloved, the first DEI assessment tool suite with an emphasis on mutual accountability in the workplace. Upon successful completion, you will receive a three-year certification to leverage Awa’s tools with your clients, with an annual observation requirement.
Purpose: In this certification, individuals will learn how to successfully navigate Awa, understand the components of the Equity Audit and the Equity Lens Map, how to interpret and meaningfully explain an organization’s results, and plan the roadmap ahead with the Equity Work Plan.

Individuals interested in certification will need to meet our minimum requirements and be in alignment with the values of Beloved Community. The process of certification will include synchronous and asynchronous modalities as the learner will follow in their workbook as they participate in facilitated learning, watch videos and respond to prompts, and complete assessments including a "mock" facilitation. Upon successful completion of certification, an individual will be granted access to utilize Awa’s tools with their clients for 3 years, with an annual observation requirement by Beloved staff. The individual will need to complete the “Awa Recertification” each triennial to ensure they are updated with changes and reassess for competency.
