Long Dog Dice Commission Request
Updated 8/4/2026

**Please read the entirety of the form before submitting your request for consideration.**

As of Dec 13, 2024, I am unable to sell dice to the EU due to the GPSR mandates that went into effect requiring an Authorized Representative within the EU.

Commission request for singles (such as a lone d20) are acceptable at this time, and the composition of a set can vary and does not have to be a standard d4/d6/d8/d10/d%/d12/d20 spread. At the moment I offer standard numbered dice as well as pipped d6s, Vampire the Masquerade d10s (regular and hunger), +/+ counters, -/- counters, and spindown d20s.

Completion of this form does not guarantee a commission slot due to how limited the number of available slots is at any given time, but you will receive a response regardless with estimated timeline should there not be availability at the moment.

I will not accept commission requests that include florals or liquid cores. If your request includes wanting a custom size, change to dice font, change to any of the numbers/symbols on the dice, be aware that this requires creation of a new custom dice master and carries an extra charge (detailed in "Additional Terms and Conditions").

Process and Expectations

After receiving your form I will email you to get any further information needed and provide a quote that takes into account the materials, techniques, and any other considerations necessary for your commission. Once you approve it, I will send an invoice. Half of the amount is due upon receipt as a deposit. Work will not begin until this deposit is paid, and this deposit is non-refundable.

The completion time is estimated to be 6-8 weeks from the date the deposit is paid unless otherwise noted at the top of this form or agreed upon in our communication, however if your request is for more than a 7-piece set or requires multiple castings this timeline may be extended. Deposits that remain unpaid after 1 week will be canceled and your commission slot will be forfeit so I may take on another request.

You will receive a progress photo after they are removed from the molds, a number swatch test photo when they reach the inking stage if needed to choose a color, and a finished photo. The invoice must be paid in full before the dice will be shipped. Failure to pay the remainder of the invoice within 2 weeks of notice the dice have been completed without other arrangements being made forfeits your claim to the set and they will be listed for sale to the general public.

I will not accept commission requests that include florals or liquid cores.
I (the client) have read the "Process and Expectations" section and agree to these terms.

Pricing

The base price for the most common requests are as follows:
  • coaster: $10
  • single d20: $35
  • 6d6 set: $55
  • jumbo d20: $60
  • 5d10 set: $70
  • 7-piece ttrpg set (d4/d6/d8/d10/d%/d12/d20) : $100
Other singles and dice mixes can be priced out on request. The d2 coin add-on can be added to any request for $8. Sets of 4 or more matching coasters are eligible for a discount. The base pricing may be adjusted based on the following (non-exhaustive list):
  • Use of premium materials such as colorshift pigments
  • Changing dice counts/types (ex: adding an extra d20 to a D&D set, doing a set of 10 d10s, etc)
  • Need for multiple pours/casts within the single set to achieve the desired effect (ex: casting dice blanks, pouring defined layers, etc)
  • Other requests that add significant time to the process (ex: decorating dice blanks, carving geode styles, etc)
The following items do NOT affect the pricing:
  • Selecting alternate dice shapes from my available catalog (ex: rhombus d12 instead of standard, VtM d10s instead of numbered d10s)
  • Different inking on different numbers (ex: high faces one color and the rest of the numbers a different color)
  • Matte finish versus a polished finish
Your pricing quote will be tailored to your request and clearly outline any costs above the base cost that would be applied to your request. Shipping is an additional $5 within the US. International shipping will be individually priced at the time of invoicing.
I (the client) have read the "Pricing" section and agree to these terms.

Additional Terms and Conditions
I reserve the right to reproduce the commissioned dice set for sale to the general public, unless specific arrangements are made ahead of time during the quote/invoice process. Any test casts that are rejected by the commissioner may also be listed for sale to the general public.

Exact color matches to pantones, hex codes, photos, physical items, etc are extremely difficult and I cannot guarantee a duplication of a provided reference. I will do my best to get as close as possible to referenced colors, but If you require an exact match to a particular shade I do not recommend completing this form.

Dice are entirely handmade from start to finish and therefore may have minor imperfections or color variations. Please note color calibration of your screen may also vary, and while I do my best to keep progress pictures true to life viewing these pictures on different devices will yield different results. While they are just as balanced as commercially produced dice, it is recommended handmade dice be used for casual play only.

Requests for changes to any of numbers/symbols already on the dice, change the size of the dice, or any other alterations to the die shape itself require new custom dice masters and molds. Please note that while this is possible to do, there is an additional charge for doing so and a minimum of 4 weeks will be added to your timeline. The base price for this add-on is $70 for a d4, d6, or d8, and $120 for a d10, d12, or d20, and is in addition to the charges outlined above for the casting of the actual dice.
I (the client) have read the "Additional Terms and Conditions" section and agree to these terms.
