March for Science Cincinnati - Exhibitor/Vendor Form
Thank you for your interest in this year's March for Science Cincinnati event. Last year, over 10,000 attended the March for Science Cincinnati at Fountain Square. Encouraged by the support of the community, we've decided to do another rally & march this year, and add a science festival!
Event Information
This year's March for Science Cincinnati event will take place on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 11 am to 3 pm at Sawyer Point. We are expanding this year's event to include a science-based festival immediately following the rally & march. Science organizations and science advocates will be providing information, demonstrations and experiments for both children and adults.

We are seeking a number of exhibitors/vendors to participate in the science festival portion of the event.

Vendors will be expected to be set up by 10:30 and stay until 3 pm. Vehicles for unloading must be out of the exhibition area by 10 am and are not permitted back into the area until all visitors have left. Food trucks or permanently placed vehicles are excluded.

The March For Science Cincinnati is dedicated to raising the awareness of the value and contribution of science in the Greater Cincinnati community. We are committed to championing local scientists, supporting science education, funding for future scientist programs in local schools, and to encouraging citizens to vote for science.

The March for Science Cincinnati will objectively, apolitically, and unapologetically address any scientific subject including, but not limited to: evolution, climate change, comprehensive sex education, vaccines, reproductive rights, and any evidence-based science advocacy.

The March For Science Cincinnati subscribes to the mission and values of the national March For Science organization:

The March for Science champions publicly-funded and publicly-communicated science as a pillar of human freedom and prosperity.

We unite as a diverse, nonpartisan group to call for science that upholds the common good and for political leaders and policy makers to enact evidence based policies in the public interest.

Evidence-driven: We believe that the scientific method, and findings that result from its responsible use, are powerful tools for decision making.

Inclusive: We integrate our commitment to diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion into all of our events, outreach, and advocacy efforts.

Nonpartisan: As nonpartisan political advocates, we act with the understanding that science does not belong to any political party and that scientific evidence is an essential part of good policy making at every level of government.

Transformative: We do not merely react to the problems of today. We look forward, aspiring toward an inclusive, integrated vision for the future of science and science policy.

Adaptive: We are a reflective and self-critical organization that values ongoing internal evaluations and corrections. We invite feedback and encourage community conversations.
