Tras el Encuentro Regional de Ciudades Intermedias realizado en Tandil durante el 29 y 30 de mayo del corriente año, nos volvemos a encontrar para compartir la hoja de ruta hacia la puesta en marcha del Laboratorio.
La iniciativa Local4Action HUB Tandil se centra en la generación y atracción de talento en el marco de la transformación digital que actualmente atraviesa al mundo, poniendo el foco en la formación de las personas y el rol de los gobiernos en los procesos de innovación y creación de talento. Su objetivo es la puesta en marcha de un FAB-LAB de Ciudades Intermedias, entendido como un Laboratorio de Talento y un espacio colaborativo de innovación en donde la tecnología es la catalizadora de procesos de investigación, experimentación, diseño y desarrollo de proyectos interdisciplinarios. Si bien el HUB Tandil inicia como un Laboratorio de talento, transformación digital, empleo y formación, quedará abierto a trabajar sobre diversos temas que atañen a las ciudades intermedias desde la perspectiva de la creación de talento y la innovación. El FAB-LAB contará con un grupo de trabajo que parte de un determinado diagnóstico entre diversos GLR y organizaciones socias y se vinculará con el Foro Mundial de Ciudades Intermedias, funcionando como una fuente de inspiración para la comunidad a partir de la generación de capacitaciones y proyectos en red.

After the Regional Meeting of Intermediary Cities held in Tandil on May 29th and 30th of this year, we meet again to share the roadmap towards the implementation of the Lab.
The Local4Action HUB Tandil initiative focuses on the generation and attraction of talent in the context of the digital transformation that is currently sweeping the world, focusing on the training of people and the role of governments in the processes of innovation and talent creation. Its objective is the implementation of a FAB-LAB of Intermediate Cities, understood as a Talent Lab and a collaborative space for innovation where technology is the catalyst for research processes, experimentation, design and development of interdisciplinary projects. While the HUB Tandil starts as a Laboratory of talent, digital transformation, employment and training, it will be open to work on various issues that concern intermediate cities from the perspective of talent creation and innovation. The FAB-LAB will have a working group based on a diagnosis between different LRGs and partner organizations and will be linked to the World Forum of Intermediary Cities, functioning as a source of inspiration for the community from the generation of training and networking projects.
