Entrepreneur Boost Award Application

Dear Entrepreneur,

Whether you are starting a new business, sustaining  or growing an existing one, our Boost Awards 2025 program is your chance to win up to $1000 to support your entrepreneurial project.


Eligibility:
- Applicants must be people with disabilities actively working to start or grow a business
- The business must be based in San Francisco or the surrounding Bay Area

Application:
- Fill out this short questionnaire on or before Oct 15th!
- Finalists will be selected based on their business idea, their needs, and compelling goals.
- Awards will be granted at the annual Disability Entrepreneurship event held in San Francisco on November 5th.
