China-Africa Relations. What's in it for Africa?
China is Africa's biggest creditor. Trade relations between China and African countries is among the strongest in the world; it was estimated to be over $100 billion in early 2018. But there are more to the relations than just trade.

African countries collectively owe Beijing more than $30 billion in debt, and there are theories that China is only using Africa to achieve China's goal with little benefit for the Africans. How true? What is the best engagement strategy for Africa?
