This form is for registering teams for the Future Problem Solving Virginia competition season. Please fill out all information correctly, truthfully, and to the best of your ability. When registering more than one school, please complete a separate form for each. This makes materials distribution and recognitions easier and more accurate.
For more than 10 years the Future Problem Solving Virginia has not raised registration costs.
NOTE: If person completing form is registering for more than one coach, please be sure to make a note in the comment section with each coaches' contact information and school name.
