Perkhidmatan pengesanan buku ini khusus untuk bahan rujukan yang berstatus 'AVAILABLE' dalam Katalog GEMILANG tetapi tiada di rak. Bahan rujukan ini juga merujuk kepada bahan yang dibenarkan peminjaman seperti buku di Koleksi Am (Aras 5), Koleksi Arab & Tamadun Islam, (Aras 4), Koleksi Buku Baharu (Aras 4), Koleksi Sudut Bacaan Ringan (SBR) dan Koleksi Tanda Merah (TM).
Status permohonan akan dimaklumkan melalui email atau SMS dan buku yang dijumpai boleh diperolehi di Meja Penasihat Pembaca (MPP), Aras 4, PTSL.
Buku yang dijumpai perlu dituntut dalam tempoh 3 hari. Selepas 3 hari, buku berkenaan akan dipulangkan ke rak.
This service is to track the books that has 'AVAILABLE' status in the GEMILANG Catalog but is not on the shelf. The books refer to borrowed materials such as books in the General Collection (Level 5), Arabic & Islamic Civilization Collection, (Level 4), New Book Collection (Level 4), Light Reading Corner Collection (SBR) and Red Mark Collection (TM).
The status of the application will be informed via email or SMS and the book found can be obtained at the Reader Advisor Desk (MPP), Level 4, PTSL.
The book must be pick up within 3 days. The particular book will be put on shelf after 3 days.
