ABOUT THE JOB
Located in St. Louis, we are seeking a full-time individual whose main focus is to assist Pixel Press in managing its daily financials as well as assist in other areas of the business such as human resources, inventory and logistics management, sales support, office management and culture building.
- Finance - assist with bookeeping, accounting, budgeting, financial modeling- Accounts Receivable - resolves collections by reaching out to customers by email and phone- Sales Support - process transactions and purchase orders- Customer Support - assist with incoming calls, outbound calls and email inquiries with new and existing customers- Human Resources - payroll, company benefits, ongoing paperwork- Inventory Management - tracking, analysis, projections- Logistics - assist with transportation of goods across the globe- Office Management - assist with stocking supplies, snacks and with the cleanliness of the office- Culture Building - assist with planning lunches, happy hours, team outings- Strategy - suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a minimum of 2 years work experience in related field; excellent mathematical skills; computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and calculation software; familiarity with business principles and practices; customer-service skills; solid communication skills, both written and verbal; superior attention to detail; organizational skills; planning skills; problem-solving skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; integrity; honesty; take initiative and are hard-working; ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively; appreciate constructive feedback; seek growth and development; team player willing to take on any task
Travel may be requested from time to time to support promotional events, workshops and personal development. Your ability to travel will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
