The information will be retained on an encrypted Excel Spreadsheet on the parish system and will be accessed by Monsignor Paul Callan, Parish Faith Development worker, Annette Farrell and Lucy Byrne, parish secretary only. The information submitted in this form will be destroyed once the programme for Confirmation has been completed and recorded in the Parish Registers. The information in the Parish Register will be retained permanently.  If Baptism was in a different parish, information on Confirmation will be sent back to that parish for inclusion in their Baptism Register.
