Concordia Tennis Team Tryouts Registration 2020
Please fill out this form to confirm and reserve a spot at the Concordia Tennis Team 2020-2021 tennis tryouts held on September 18th, 2020. Once you have completed this form, you will officially be registered to the Concordia Tennis Team tryouts.  A few days before D-day our team will send you an email with more information regarding our selection process as well as the time at which you will need to come to the IGA stadium to try out for the tennis team.

Due to the new COVID-19 restriction and social distancing measures, you must have COMPETITIVE experience to register for tryouts to ensure that we can minimize the number of people on the court at one time. If you are traveling from outside of Canada, please make sure to quarantine for 14 days prior to participating in tryouts.
