SFF Bouquet Order Request

Thanks so much for supporting our little flower farm! We’re thrilled to help you bring home (or gift) something beautiful and locally grown. This form will help us gather the details we need to create your perfect bouquet.

A few quick notes before you get started:

  • Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance
  • We’ll confirm your order via text or email within 1 business day
  • Payment is required to hold your spot
  • Please note that orders placed on the weekend will not be filled until the following week.
  • Our admin office is closed on weekends and holidays, but our flower stand is open for self-serve bouquets, as well as pickups
