A vendor is an outside business or individual offering products or services that add excitement, creativity, or relaxation to the event. From jewelry, art, and apparel to self-care items and interactive activities, our vendors help make the PASAP Conference a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.
What to expect when vending at the PASAP Conference:
Set Up
Vendors attending the full conference may arrive on Sunday. If arriving on Sunday, all set-up must be completed by 11:00 AM. Vendors participating in Vendor Day only (Monday, February 23, 2026) may begin set-up at 7:30 AM. Vendor Day concludes at 5:30 PM.
Vendor Hours
Sunday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM- if electing to attend full conference
Monday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM this is our designated Vendor Day, and we require all vendors to be in attendance during this time
Tuesday 7:30 AM to 12:45 PM if electing to attend full conference
Tear Down
The Vendor agrees not to dismantle exhibit or do any packaging before the closing of the conference on the day(s) of attendance.
