First, review the FAA drone flight map for the Philadelphia area at this link:  http://highlandtechnology.org/files/STEM-drones/philadelphia_FAA_map.jpg.  The GREEN GRIDS indicate areas where drone IS possible, but only with direct FAA permission from the LAANC system, which allows pilots to get permission to fly in otherwise restricted areas.  RED GRIDS are NO FLY AREAS.  Do you think that the pilot in this video is flying LEGALLY or ILLEGALLY, according to this map and what you see in the video?  Describe.
We have spent some time talking about some other regulations that must be followed to perform a drone flight legally, either as a recreational flier or as a Part 107 pilot.  LIST some of the regulations that you can think of that this pilot is breaking to create this film. *
The FAA indicates that, for a pilot to fly commercially, the pilot MUST have a Part 107 license from the FAA.  Do you feel that this pilot needs a 107 license?  Why?
